You are now to write a proposal, which may include its aim, duration, participants and activities. You will have 30 minutes to write the proposal. You should write at least 120 words but no more than 180 words.

It's my hornor to be on behalf of our school to write a proposal of an orientation program which is in order to help the freshman adapt to the new environment ang academic studies quickly.Below are the detailes. First of all,the most important thing is that this program will held in next Friday from 2PM. to 4PM. to all the freshmen and all the teacher.We will also invite the leader of our school.What's more, for the activities ,we have following arrangements.The first ，in order to deepen understanding of each club for freshmen ,we will let the leader of each club to introduce their clubs.Then a host will introduce the layout of the school enviroment, presenting the exact location and function of every building in a concise expression style.Last but not least, there will be volunteers guiding new students and distributing souvenirs on campus.

I'm in the hope that this program will be held successfully and also help the freshmen.
